Previous work
We collected an array of site information and performance statistics of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Permanent Housing (PH), Transitional Housing (TH), Rapid Re-housing (RRH), and Safe Parking (SP) across Washington State. Use this tool to analyze the capacity and performance of existing housing sites, and to learn more about each property or program and the populations they serve.

The PSH/PH Landscape Dashboard maps the gap between the number of people experiencing chronic homelessness and the permanent supportive housing available to serve them — across every Continuum of Care in Washington state. Built on Lunous's dataset of PSH and PH properties, it makes supply shortages and funding gaps visible in one place, giving communities concrete, data-based targets to act on.

To better understand the experience of guests at a local safe parking program, the Lunous team conducted qualitative interviews and translated those insights into a journey map and a full findings report. The journey map traces the guest experience from finding the program to exiting — capturing what guests do, think, and feel at each stage, alongside opportunities for staff to make an impact.
The result was concrete: staff used the journey map to quickly reach consensus on adding onsite showers, and the accompanying report gave them the detail needed to prioritize next steps. Together, these tools showed how qualitative research, when communicated clearly, can drive real decisions.
