Design Update and New Dashboard Released

A new dashboard was released to the Affordable Housing Insights Hub. This dashboard features data on the annual number of people experiencing houselessness per capita in each Washington State county as well as in total in Washington State and the nation. Presenting this data per capita allows you to more accurately compare local geographies to each other, the state as a whole, and the nation.

A new style guide was also developed to improve the experience of the Hub, keeping accessibility in mind for all updates. All dashboards were redesigned and now reflect the style guide.

Two New Dashboards Released

Two new dashboards released to the Affordable Housing Insights Hub. Information about each dashboard can be found below:

Dashboard 1 - This dashboard was created to present data on the annual number of people experiencing homelessness in each county in Washington State. This data was obtained by submitting a public records request to the Washington State Department of Commerce (DoC) after learning that the DoC is responsible for coordinating with each county in Washington to obtain their annual point-in-time count data and aggregate it before sending it to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Dashboard 2 - This dashboard presents data on the supply and demand of affordable housing in Skagit County, Washington.

First Hub Dashboard Released and Refined

Lunous is excited to announce that the first dashboard of the Affordable Housing Insights Hub is now available! This first dashboard presents data on the number of people experiencing houselessness in each Washington State CoC annually during the point-in-time count since 2007 as well as the collected demographics on this population.
