Ana Palacios is a product-service system designer who focuses on sustainability as the most pressing challenge of our time. Her strategic design approach has made her an expert in the field, and she has extensive experience in developing services for both government and private sectors. As the former director of the Medellín Smart City government program and a Design Director for a global design firm, Ana led numerous projects across diverse sectors in the United States and Latin America. She is also an experienced speaker and professor of service, sustainability, and smart city design, and she has a decade of teaching experience in various countries.
