Affordable Housing Insights Hub - Vision Report 2026
The Affordable Housing Insights Hub you can explore today represents the beginning of a much larger idea. While the current Hub allows users to interact with real housing and homelessness data, it also exposes the limits of fragmented systems and incomplete information.
This Vision Report exists to name that gap and to show what lies beyond it. It presents Lunous’s long-term vision for an Insights Hub that brings population, homelessness, housing supply, and affordability into one shared analytical framework. Using conceptual visualizations and illustrative data, the report demonstrates how communities could better understand housing access if the full system were visible.

PSH/PH Landscape Dashboard
This dashboard focuses on fulfilling the housing need of people experiencing chronic homelessness. We collected and organized supply, demand, and funding gap data across Washington state by CoC. This dashboard illustrates the number of people experiencing chronic homelessness, the needed number of PSH/PH units, and the funding required to close the gap.

Affordable Housing Insights Hub
Lunous is in the process of developing an Affordable Housing Insights Hub. The AHI-Hub is being designed as your go to source for comprehensive data and insights on affordable housing information and needs in a specific region. The focus of this tool is to serve as a quantitative tool to help inform data-driven decision making around critical affordable housing needs and act as an educational resource for the needs of the community. While we work to fine tune the details, we invite you to stay tuned for its launch by signing up for our newsletter where we will share periodic project updates.

Conducting Research to Communicate Insights from Safe Parking Program
The Lunous team created a journey map based on insights from qualitative interviews conducted with an effort to gain insight into the guest experience at a local safe parking program. The vertical phases represent different stages of being in the program from finding the program to exiting. Throughout these phases, the horizontal rows, or swimlanes, break down the guest experience further into what they might do, think, or feel, including opportunities for staff to impact guest experience. The think and feel swimlanes include direct quotes from guests. The purpose of this journey map is to communicate the current state of the guest experience for this particular safe parking program.
